Member Center
Engagedhost provides support through our web based Member Center. When our customers need support they login to the Member Center and create a trouble ticket. The ticket is given an identification number and is submitted to the Engagedhost support department. You can track the ticket using the ticket number or by logging into the Member Center and going to the support section. Each ticket is time stamped and assigned to one representative to ensure a personalized level of support. The Member Center is also where profiles, account and billing information are stored. You can update your account settings, view your billing history or pay an invoice all in the convenience of one interface.

Email Support
As an alternative to using the ticket manager for support requests, we also offer email based support. If you are a customer, or simply inquiring about our service, you can email the support department. Our email address is billing@engagedhost.com

Instant Messaging
During hours of operation, a support representative can be reached by using AOL instant messenger. This is good for individuals that are requesting support that may be extensive, or in the event of an emergency. We can be reached via AIM at: engagedsupport
