	How long does it take for my account to be setup?	to top
	Once payment is recieved and account information is verified, your account will be setup within a 1-12 hour period. Accounts are setup faster when ordered during normal hours of operation.
	Can I use Microsoft Outlook to manage my email?	to top
	You may use Microsoft Outlook or any email client to manage your email. Your welcome letter will provide you with instructions on how to setup your mail client to work with Engagedhost's mail server.
	My friends want email addresses, can I give them one?	to top
	Yes you can create as many email users as your account plan limits you to. When a user account is created, each user is given an email, subdomain, and a user administration contol panel.
	I don't own my own domain, what can I do to get one?	to top
	If you do not own your own domain, you need to go to a domain registrar such as namecheap or register.com Verify the domains availibilty and follow the instructions to register the domain provider by the registrar.
	Can I install a forum or bulletin board software with this hosting account?	to top
	You can install any database driven software with your Engagedhost hosting account. In fact all hosting accounts include Ensim Power Tools© which includes multiple types of forum software which auto-installs.
	How can i get my domain to point to Engagedhost's nameservers?	to top
	Your domain registrar provides you with a control panel to manage your domains. Login to that control panel and add Engagedhost's nameservers to the domain you wish to host with us. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to do this for you. If special assistance is needed with DNS modifications, we will be glad to assist you upon request.
	Will I have command line access?	to top
	You will be given command line access via ssh protocol only. Engagedhost does not allow telnet access to our servers due to its well known insecurity.
	What nameservers should I use?	to top

	How much bandwidth will i need?	to top
	The amount of bandwidth you need depends on how much traffic you recieve to your website. If you feel you will be getting alot of visitors, you may use above average amounts of bandwidth. If you will be hosting any type of media, you will use more bandwidth than average. Usually, new websites do not use much bandwidth at all. A new website usually uses under 5gb of bandwidth per month. If your not sure how much bandwidth you will need, but do not believe you will recieve many visitors, start out with minimal amounts of bandwidth and upgrade as needed.
	What happens if i exceed my bandwidth limit?	to top
	You will be sent a warning email first. Second you will be sent an email with instructions on how to purchase more bandwidth or to upgrade your account. If there is no response, the account is temporarily suspended until arrangements are made.
	Do you offer webmail?	to top
	Yes. All accounts have Squirrelmail Webmail pre-installed and can be accessed by going to yourdomain.com/webmail. The advantage to webmail is it can be accessed from any computer connected to the internet, without using an email client.
	Can I host adult content?	to top
	Yes, you can host adult content as long as it is "Appropriate" adult content. Engagedhost reserves the right to remove any offensive, or unacceptable content from any hosting account that is either illegal or not in compliance with our terms of service.
	Can I upgrade my account from one plan to another?	to top
	You may upgrade or downgrade your account at anytime. Upgrades and downgrades are made upon request in the Member Center. Any upgrade requested will take effect on request, any downgrade will take effect on the next recurring billing date.
	If I pay with paypal, how will I be billed?	to top
	If you choose to pay with Paypal, Engagedhost will send a payment request 5 days before the payment on your account is due. All payment history is accessible via the Member Center billing area.
	Does Engagedhost accept credit cards?	to top
	Engagedhost accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All payments are accepted and processed by 2checkout.com which is a third party billing service.
	If I choose annual payment, what happens if I cancel my account?	to top
	If you signup for an Engagedhost hosting account with the annual payment plan, and choose to cancel your account before the end of your 12 months, Engagedhost will refund the remaining months at the discounted rate to you.
